La nostra casa, di recentissima costruzione,
è situata in una zona panoramica e tranquilla ad Alba di Canazei. Dista
circa 400 m dalla funivia del Ciampac, 1000 m dalla cabinovia del Belvedere
e 100 m dalla fermata dello Skibus (servizio gratuito con il quale si
possono raggiungere tutte le funivie della nostra valle).
Per i nostri ospiti disponiamo di tre appartamenti completamente arredati,
accoglienti e funzionali.
Due sono da 4/6 posti letto e misurano circa 70 mq. Sono composti da
due stanze da letto con balcone (una matrimoniale e l’altra a due letti
con la possibilità di un terzo letto estraibile), ampio soggiorno con
angolo cottura completamente attrezzato, divano letto a due posti, stanza
da bagno, e TV/SAT.
Il terzo appartamento è da 2/4 posti letto e misura circa 50 mq. Comprende
una camera a due letti, soggiorno con tavolo e panca ad angolo, divano
letto a due posti, cucinino attrezzato, servizi con doccia e TV/SAT.
Per i nostri ospiti c’è un deposito riscaldato dove si possono lasciare
sci e scarponi.Davanti alla casa c’è il posto macchina esterno.
Novità 2001: disponiamo
di graziosi appartamentini da 2/4 posti letto a soli 50 mt. dalla funivia
Ciampac, in posizione soleggiata e tranquilla , accoglienti e funzionali,
tutti si compongono, di soggiorno con angolo cottura divano letto matrimoniale,
stanza a due letti, doccia , balcone e TV. Piccolo giardino, posto macchina
esterno e su richiesta garage.

Das neuerbaute Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage in Alba-Canazei, mit
Herrlicher Aussicht auf die umliegenden Dolomitengruppen. Die Entfernung
zur Seilbahn Ciampac beträgt 400 m, zur Seilbahnen Belvedere ca. 1000
m und zur Skibushaltestelle 100 m.Der Skibus ist gratis und Sie können
damit alle Seilbahnen im ganzen Tal erreichen. Von den drei Wohnungen,
die wir Ihnen anbieten können, sind zwei mit 70 mq und 4/6 Betten, ausgestatteter
mit zwei Schlafzimmern, eines mit Doppelbett und eines mit zwei Betten
und der Möglichkeit eines dritten Auszugsbettes. Weiter ein großes Wohnzimmer
mit gut ausgestatteter Kochnische .Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine
Doppelbettcouch und TV/SAT. Zu jeder dieser beiden Wohnungen gehört
auch ein komplettes Bad und ein großer Balkon. Die dritte Wohnung, 50
mq und 2/4 Betten, setzt sich zusammen aus einem Schlafzimmer mit zwei
Betten, einem Wohnzimmer mit Doppelbettcouch, einer Kucke mit Eßplatz,
eine Dusche/Wc und ebenfalls TV/SAT. Im Keller des Hauses ist ein geheizter
Skiraum, wo Sie Ihre Skier und Skischuhe einstellen können .Für Ihr
Auto steht Ihnen ein Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hause zur Verfügung. Wir
hoffen, Ihnen mit dieser Beschreibung gedient zu haben und würden uns
sehr freuen, Sie schon bald bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen.
Neuheit 2001: wir können Ihnen einige schöne 2/4 Betten Wohnungen 50 mq. von der Seilbahn Ciampac anbieten. Die Wohnungen sind gemütlich und bestehen aus Wohnzimmer mit Kochnische und Doppelbettcouch, eine Schlafzimmer mit zwei Betten, Dusche/Wc, Balkon, Garten und auf Wunsch auch Garage.

Our house, which has recently been built, is situated in a quiet and
panoramic position in Alba di Canazei. It is 400 ms far from the cable
car of Ciampac, 1000 ms from that of Belvedere in Canazei and 100 ms
from the Ski bus stop (the ski busses are free and using them one can
reach all the ski areas of the valley).We own three comfortable and
completely furnished apartments. Two of them allow a stay to 4/6 people
and measure almost 70 m q s .They have two bedrooms (a double room and
a room with two single beds plus one extractible bed when necessary),
a wide living-room with kitchenette and all the kitchen-tools, a sofa-bed,
a bathroom and a television set.The third is a 2/4 beds apartment and
measures almost 50m q s .It has a bedroom with two single beds, a living-room
with table and bench, a sofa-bed for two people, a kitchenette with
all the kitchen-tools, a bathroom with a shower and a television set.
For our guests there is also a warm depository where they can leave
their ski and ski shoes.In front of the house there is a private parking.
NEWS 2001: we have very nice apartments 50m q s , for 2\3\4 people near the cable car Ciampac. The apartments are comfortable and completely furnished, have a bedroom, with two single beds, a living-room, with kitchenette and all kitchen-tools, a sofa bed for two people, a bathroom, with a shower , balcony and TV.
